Germany's Next Top Model
Everything you need for the GNTM drinking game: You can start with just two players, but the more you have, the better. Ideally, you play with 4-5 people.
Required game material:
- Pen and large piece of paper for each player
- TV
- Favorite drink (delicious beer, wine, etc.)
This is how the GNTM drinking game works: The game consists of three fun phases:
- The pre-drink
- GNTM Bingo
- The finale
Each phase has simple rules and ensures a good mood.
Preparations: Before the first show, each of you chooses a favorite and writes her name on a piece of paper. Keep your guess safe—she's your candidate for the title of "Germany's Next Top Model." Whoever guesses correctly could win a prize, such as a bottle of champagne or a game of beer pong.
Phase 1: The Big Pre-Drinks To get in the mood, test your knowledge of GNTM. Meet up about 30 minutes before the show and let's get started:
- Write down the names of all the GNTM winners. The first person to call "Stop" ends the round. For each winner missing from your list, take a sip.
- Whoever wrote down the fewest names in the first round chooses a year of GNTM. Then everyone writes down the top three finishers of the year. The fastest one awards half the number of players.
- Within 60 seconds, you try to write down as many jury members as possible, including Heidi Klum. Whoever finds the most gets to distribute two sips.
Phase 2: GNTM Bingo: Watch for typical scenes and comments during the show—and raise a glass! Drinking rules apply at the following events:
- “There can only be one Germany's Next Top Model”
- Gossip about a candidate
- Heidi distributes loud, smacking kisses
- Normal situations are overdramatized
- A candidate is eliminated
- It is said “My girls” or “the girls”
- “Unfortunately it wasn’t enough”
- “Only one can be on the cover”
- The jurors argue
- An editorial shoot is announced
- Words like “look”, “attitude” and “personality” are
- Heidi uses the pluperfect
- There are superfluous Anglicisms
The Finale The finale is the climax of the show and the drinking game. The winner's prize awaits, and you can toast the winner together. Maybe there'll even be a little photoshoot for the next magazine cover at the end!
