🧠 Brain Damage (7.5) – The merciless drinking game
Number of players: 3–8
What you need: 52 cards (standard deck)
Drinking factor: Intense , especially when the greed factor rises 🍻
🔄 How it works:
-
Goal of the game:
Get as close to 7.5 points as possible – without going over!
Those who overdo it? Drink. Those who play smart? Survive. -
Card ratings:
-
Ace to 7: Count according to their value (e.g. 6 = 6 points)
-
8, 9, 10: Are completely worthless – so garbage
-
Jack, Queen, King: Each counts 0.5 points
-
-
Course of the round:
-
One is the giver – this role rotates clockwise
-
All players receive a card face down
-
Everyone takes turns to decide:
→ Draw another card
→ or pass and hope that you are closer to 7.5 than the others
-
-
Detection & Punishment:
-
Whoever gets over 7.5 points loses → drinks 2 sips
-
The player with the best hand (closest to 7.5) wins
-
In case of a tie: Both winners may distribute 1 sip each
-
-
The Giver (aka Victim):
-
Always has the last move
-
If the dealer loses, he has to drink twice!
-
If he wins, he can distribute twice!
-
-
New round:
-
The next player becomes the dealer
-
And off we go again – until no one can think clearly anymore
-
🍻 Extra drinking rules for more chaos:
-
Hit exactly 7.5? → Shot for someone else
-
Three Kings in one round? → Everyone drinks!
-
If you don't have any points (only 8, 9, 10)? → Drink immediately – this is called a "dry slap"
