- Open the returns portal : Go to our returns portal and initiate your return there. You will then receive a free return label via email.
- Provide your order number: Please provide your order number (e.g., RCS123456) as a reference in the returns portal or place it clearly visible in your package. Without your order number, we cannot process your return or will delay it.
- Sending your package: Important: Only send the package after receiving the return label – this will ensure everything goes quickly and smoothly. Once we receive the return, we will refund your purchase price.
