In the game, one player asks another player the question "Truth or Dare?" The chosen player must choose whether to answer the question truthfully or perform a dare. The player who asked the question then asks the appropriate question or dare. After answering or performing the question, the player chooses a new player, who must again choose "Truth or Dare." The game continues until all players have completed their truth or dare.
