Return Policy

From the day the courier delivers your order, you have 69 days to return it to us. We will cover the costs of return shipping. Information on how to return your order to us can be found here.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 69 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 69 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (AG Brands GmbH, Rotwandstr. 9, 82049 Pullach, Germany, e-mail: info@redcupshop.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, e-mail, or SMS). To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we receive the notification of your withdrawal from this contract.

For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 69 days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the 69-day period.

We will bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
