These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "T&Cs") apply to all business relationships between AG Brands GmbH (hereinafter "we," "us," or "our") and our customers (hereinafter "you" or "the customer") that are concluded via our website or directly through other communication channels.

2. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products on our website does not constitute a legally binding offer but rather a non-binding online catalog. By clicking the order button, you place a binding order for the goods contained in your shopping cart. Confirmation of receipt of your order together with acceptance of the order will be sent to you immediately after submission by automated e-mail. The purchase contract is concluded with this e-mail confirmation.

3. Prices and Payment Terms

All prices displayed on our website are final prices and include statutory VAT, where applicable. Additional delivery and shipping costs are shown in the order summary. Payment can be made using the methods indicated on our website.

4. Delivery

Unless otherwise agreed, delivery of goods will be made to the delivery address provided by the customer. Information on product availability shown on our website is non-binding. If issues arise during the processing of your order, we will notify you by e-mail.

5. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment of the purchase price has been received.

6. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within sixty-nine (69) days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, take(s) possession of the goods.

7. Liability

We shall be fully liable for intent and gross negligence. In the case of slight negligence, we shall only be liable for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health.

8. Final Provisions

Should individual provisions of these T&Cs be invalid or unenforceable, or become invalid or unenforceable after conclusion of the contract, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
